Join us for an evening of soothing breathwork, enlivening meditation, and sacred sound. John will host the richly-talented Maya Devi, Yoga teacher, Reiki Master and seasoned Holistic Healing facilitator. Let this evening experience gently warm your heart and brighten your spirit.
We start with a delightful heart-opening cacao ceremony, led by special guest Nancy Hedley. Maya Devi and John will then lead us through breath, music, sound, and guided meditation, tuned to the New Moon and the opportunities it brings. We’ll close with some reflection and light socializing. Space is limited – we hope you’ll join us.
